• 1 February - Gatorade Triathlon Portarlington
  Portarlington Pier, Portarlington. Race 4 of the Gatorade Triathlon Series incorporating the Brooks Fun Tri. Portarlington boasts one of Australias best courses and is Victorias longest running triathlon, now in it's 23rd year. FREE for spectators. • 28 February - 1 March - Victorian Life Saving Championships
  Ocean Grove Surf Lifesaving Club, Ocean Grove. The Victorian Life Saving Championships is held 8.30 am - 4pm daily. The best talent in Victoria, from U15 through to open, compete during the two day event. Events include, Ironman, Ski Race, Surf Race, Tube Race, Board Race, Surf Boats, Ski Teams, Beach Flags, Rescue Race, Beach Sprint, Taplin Relay and surf teams.
  
• 28 February - Pako Festa
  This significant multicultural event offers back to back performances over five stages a dedicated Freeza Youth Stage and smorgasborad of cultural food, workshops, art & craft exhibitions and roving street performers. Held in Pakington Street, Geelong West. The FREE event is run from 9.00 am to 8pm. For more detail go to www.pakofesta.com.au.
